Student led organization to aid students and faculty. We host events throughout the year for students to participate in such as Homecoming, PowderPuff football, and Winter Formal. Meetings are open to all students to hear discussions and voice opinions.
A club for those interested in video, board and card games (DND included), LARPing, and other activities around campus. Possibly an upcoming field trip to a Renaissance Fair!

Interact is a service organization dedicated to community service and giving back to the community. We have service projects focused on helping the community, and working with others in the community.
A club centered around the language and country of Spain! Activities will vary, last year included a movie night, a field trip, a performance for kindergarten, and a spelling bee.
JAG-Missouri, part of the national network, unleashes the potential of students, helping them succeed in school and in their careers after graduation. JAG-Missouri was established in 1980, it has served more than 1.5 million students across the country. Macon offers JAG for Junior and Seniors high school students.
A game in which two teams compete to answer questions from all areas of knowledge, including history, literature, science, fine arts, current events, popular culture, sports, and more.
The National Honor Society for secondary schools was founded in 1921 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals. Macon High School chapter #461 received its chapter charter in 1926. The purpose of the organization is to create an enthusiasm for Character, Scholarship, Leadership and Service.. These four virtues are the fundamental values of life and society. The emblem of this organization is the keystone and flaming torch.
Invitation to fill out an application for membership is extended to Sophomores and Juniors in the Spring semester with a 3.5 cumulative GPA. Once a member , the following are requirements of all members:
Attending monthly meetings, held on the second Friday of each month
Participating in fundraisers
Maintaining your academic standing of a 3.5 or higher
Paying yearly dues in a timely manner ($15)
Completing 10 hours of service (3 specific dedicated service hours by the chapter)
Continuing to uphold noble character and leadership
